2. Refund Eligibility Window

If you encounter a billing error or duplicate charge, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction timestamp, provided you have not accessed premium screener content after payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Market dissatisfaction or personal trading losses incurred in financial markets
  • Failure to use the platform during the active subscription period
  • Requests submitted after the 24-hour initial transaction window
